		<description>Very well written. I&#039;ve read a lot of stuff (some well-supported or at least well-intentioned, some not so much) about this issue recently and it&#039;s good to see all the information presented clearly and in one place.

A slightly nitpicky comment (only because it could confuse the meaning):
In 5) Prostate Diseases, the last sentence reads &quot;Both BPH and prostatitis are rare in INTACT dogs and both are effectively prevented and treated by castration.&quot; I believe it should say neutered dogs, in keeping with the evidence presented in the rest of the paragraph.</description>
